What is the MSYSA Director's Academy?
The MSYSA Director’s Academy is a statewide program for U11 and U12 teams who aspire to play at the highest levels of US Youth Soccer in the future (National League and/or Midwest Regional League). The Director's Academy focuses on player and club development through coaching education. By participating in the program, clubs commit to a higher standard of coaching education by attending coaching education events and submitting training session and training blocks for review.
2014-2015 Registration Materials for Accepted DA Teams:
Paperwork must be sorted and electronically scanned by player. Scanned copies must either be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org (in a zipped file only) or provided on a flash drive. Player/coach registration files must be titled "Last Name First Name".

Parent & Athlete Concussion Information Form (For each player)
Birth Certificate (For each player)
Color Photo (Headshot only for each player & team official, loaded into GotSoccer)
Coaching License (For all coaches) - See DA rules for license requirements
Concussion Training Video Certificate (For all coaches, assistant coaches, and trainers)
Fees of $10.50 per player, coach, assistant coach, and manager (Check only, no credit cards)
