MSYSA In-Service Clinic Request Form

MSYSA affiliated member organizations can request a free In-Service Coaching Clinic. Coaching Clinics will be structured as an educational resource provided by the MSYSA Coaching Education Staff or MSYSA Director of Coaching.  

Please submit the form below to request an MSYSA In-Service Coaching Clinic.

  • Form must be submitted at least 1 month prior to requested stat date of clinic.
  • All requests will be reviewed.
  • Selection will be based upon available coaching education instructors and the requesting league meeting the minimum requirement of coach participation.

In the event the Clinic is cancelled, the host facilitator understands that MSYSA will not be responsible for any incurred expenses.
Minimum coach attendance requirement for clinic is 15.
