The MSYSA Board of Directors has extended the deadline to make a dontation for the USA Bid to host the FIFA World Cup in 2018/22. The deadline is now April 30th 2010. No nation embodies the values and spirit of the FIFA World Cup™ quite like the United States and at the January Board Meeting of MSYSA the Board of Directors exemplified that spirit by voting unanimously to match donations to bring the FIFA World Cup™ in 2018 or 2022 to the United States. MSYSA will match donations dollar for dollar up to a total matching donation of $50,000. Donations will be accepted from any MSYSA Member Leagues and/or affiliates (i.e. Michigan Referee Committee, Michigan Soccer Association, any MSYSA affiliated team or club or MSYSA affiliated player).  Help MSYSA and the United States Soccer Federation bring the FIFA World Cup™ back to the USA by making a donation by April 30th 2010..

About the Bid:

Now, fifteen years later, the US Soccer Federation is once again trying to bring this event back to the United States in either 2018 or 2022. Your help is needed to make this happen!
