CLUB DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Club Development Program is designed by the MSYSA DOC to provide MSYSA sanctioned clubs the opportunity to utilize MSYSA as a Resource Tool in their Program Development.
Many clubs are looking to gain a formal level of programming/development across age groups, competitive teams, select teams, and recreational teams. While the development of the player is vital, additional steps into the player environment such as coaching education and parent education are necessary to create the best possible learning environment for development.

FAQs
What is the difference between the Club Development Program and In-Service Hours?
In-Service Hours are THREE (3) hours of free Coaching Education Clinics. The topics vary greatly and are utilized for pre-season educational purposes for coaches.
The Club Development Program is a Program designed over the 5 or more sessions to educate coaches, players, parents or administrators. It is a continuous program offered to help Clubs whom seek to improve and/or add to their existing programming.
Can the Club Development program help with player training?
Yes. The program is designed to help players, coaches, parents and administrators. Again, this is a program designed in cooperation with you, the Club, and its needs. The MSYSA DOC will help design, apply, and evaluate an appropriate program for players, coaches, parents and administrators. This is a PROGRAM over the course of multiple sessions/ lectures.
