About the e-Travel System:
To obtain access to the automated Michigan State Youth Soccer Association e-Travel Forms System, click on the appropriate link below and fill out your e-Travel Form completely (you will have to submit credit card information for fee payment near the bottom of each form).

After completing the selected form, you will be given an instantly approved form which can be printed directly from your computer.

  • $75 Seasonal Permits are now available for the Permit to Travel Forms (see actual Permit to Travel form for specific details).
  • Permission to Travel is not needed for travel within Michigan
