About the e-Travel System:
To obtain access to the automated Michigan State Youth Soccer Association e-Travel Forms System, click on the appropriate link below and fill out your e-Travel Form completely (you will have to submit credit card information for fee payment near the bottom of each form).

After completing the selected form, you will be given an instantly approved form which can be printed directly from your computer.

  • Guest Player Roster (No Passcard Needed)
    • $10 fee/per player, regardless of whether the player needs a passcard
    • If the guest player needs a passcard, please click here.
  • Permission to Travel/Notification to Travel - NEW
    • Beginning September 1, 2010, MSYSA will adopt NEW travel policies (highlighted below). Be sure to read the instructions below for step by step directions
    • Note - You will NOT get instant approval so plan on submitting your travel request no later than 1 week prior to the tournament
    • Notification to Travel - No fees for travel to US Youth Soccer sanctioned tournaments within Region II (IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI)
    • Permission to Travel - $50 fee for travel to US Youth Soccer sanctioned tournaments outside of Region II
    • Log in to GotSoccer to obtain either your Notification to Travel form or Permission to Travel form (Click here for instructions)
  • Permission to Host Friendly Games
    • $50 fee per form

Note: All e-Travel submission forms are instantly recorded in the e-Travel database. 
Your credit card will be charged for each time you press the submit button. Seasonal Permits are now available for the Permit to Travel Forms (see Permit to Travel form for details).

MSYSA insurance does not apply nor is it extended to players or team officials participating in events other than US Youth Soccer and MSYSA sanctioned events.
