MSYSA Soccer Spotlight: Storm Green
Congratulations to the U11 Storm Green girls’ team from Metro Soccer League for earning MSYSA Soccer Spotlight Team of the Month honors! The twelve girls that make up the team epitomize recreational soccer. In the past four years they have spent together, their knowledge of the game has increased on a weekly basis. Not only are they acquiring the FUNdamentals of soccer, but they are also learning about teamwork and responsibility. These girls are energetic, fun, and inspiring. Whether they a win game 3-1 or lose a game 1-3, they are always smiling and trying their best. Most recently, the team attended the MSYSA Telcom Credit Union Cup where they met American soccer star Freddy Adu and participated in the Disney Mobile Skills & Drills Challenge. Congratulations ladies, and keep up the good work!
