NEWS:
Teams playing in the Fall 2010 season of MRL must register their team with MSYSA by August 10th. Only those players who have been registered by August 10th will be eligible for the Girls State Cup.

ALL teams must submit their bond and registration fees ($775) by August 10, 2010.

Registration Information for Accepted Teams
If your team is accepted in to the MRL, you will register your team directly with MSYSA. Currently, the items needed for team registration are:

MSYSA Medical Release Form (notarized) for each player
MSYSA Parent Conset to Travel for each player
MSYSA Code of Conduct for each player
Birth Certificate for each player
Color photo for player and team official (approx. 1" x 1")
Copies of risk management cards for each team official
Copies of coaching licenses for each coach registered to the team
Check for $775 ($500 refundable bond, $275 registration fee)

Registration deadlines vary so please check with MSYSA for the most current deadline.
