Congratulations to the U9 Canton Celtic Black team for earning MSYSA Soccer Spotlight Team of the Month honors for April 2009! The girls on the team decided to give back to the community this recent holiday season by making blankets and donating them to a group of special needs children from the Old Village School in Northville. The children, parents, and teachers were all extremely grateful for the team's time and generosity.

On the field, the Celtic Black currently play in the first division of WSSL. Most of the team has been playing together for the past two years, and all of the team look forward to many more soccer games and community projects together.
