Telcom Credit Union Cup
2008 Telcom Credit Union Cup A Sucess!
For a fourth year in a row, the MSYSA Telcom Credit Union Cup was the place to be for recreational teams. Mother Nature could not have given us a better weekend, and each of our 90+ teams took full advantage of the beautiful weather.
Each team played 3-4 games over the weekend, and they clearly played to have fun - not to win.
Coaches and parents cheered on both teams, and the players shined in the fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Between games, families gathered for team picnics (thanks to $1.00 burgers and $0.50 hotdogs!), and the kids played on the inflatable games or tested in their soccer skills in the MSYSA Skills & Drills Challenge. Each player received a goody bag, participation medal, and a small prize from the MSYSA Prize Wheel.
MSYSA wishes to thank all the teams and families who showed up for this event, and to Telcom Credit Union who made it all possible. We look forward to seeing you back in 2009!
