MSYSA Partners with Etrainu to Enhance Club Development

We are proud to announce our new partnership with Etrainu, a leading provider of online training courses and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Through this collaboration, we are launching a series of courses designed to support soccer clubs in strengthening their operations both on an off the field.

Currently, twelve (12) clubs have committed to participating in this program, recognizing the value of continuous learning and development.

Following an in-depth survey of clubs across the state, we identified several common challenges, including:

  • Volunteer recruitment and retention
  • Coaching and player development
  • Attracting donations and financial management
  • Membership growth and engagement
  • Social media marketing strategies

Many clubs expressed a need for additional resources, particularly in coaching development, volunteer training, and marketing and fundraising strategies. To address these needs, Etrainu’s tailored courses will provide clubs with the tools and knowledge necessary to overcome these challenges and enhance their overall success.

Course availability: Training courses for coaches and club administrators from the twelve (12) participating clubs will launch on March 4, 2025.

We are excited about this partnership and look forward to seeing these clubs grow and thrive through the power of education!
