U.S. Center for SafeSport Parent Toolkit
This Toolkit helps parents understand SafeSport best practices and how to respond to signs of abuse. It includes age-specific sections for parents of preschool, school-age, middle school, and high school youth.
SafeSport Courses for Parents and Youth Athletes
Optional courses are available (at no cost) for parents and youth (minor) athletes at SafeSportTrained.org. For more information on the course offerings, view page 8 of the U.S. Center for SafeSport’s Online Training Catalog. To access these courses, first Sign Up for an account. Once logged in, click “Catalog” from your Dashboard, and then click “Enroll” in the course you want to take.
Note: SafeSport courses intended for parents and youth athletes do not satisfy the SafeSport Training requirement in place for affiliated team officials, club/league board members, etc.
