NATIONALS UNION 10G ACADEMY
Nationals Union 10G Academy proudly represented Michigan at the 2026 USYS National Championships in Tennessee, after earning its place by capturing the Fall 2025 Michigan State Cup championship in its age group and division.
Nationals opened tournament play with an impressive 3-1 victory over the Eastern Pennsylvania representative before delivering one of the most dominant performances of the tournament with a 6-1 win over the Ohio representative in its second match.
The team carried that momentum into the final day of group play, defeating the Utah representative 5-0 to complete a perfect group stage and secure a place in the quarterfinals.
Nationals Union finished group play with a flawless 3-0-0 record, scoring an impressive 14 goals while conceding just two. Their balanced attack and stingy defense made them one of the top-performing teams in the U16 Girls division and earned them a spot among the final eight teams competing for a national championship.
Advancing to the quarterfinals of the USYS National Championships is a tremendous accomplishment and another milestone in an outstanding season. From winning the Fall 2025 Michigan State Cup to representing Michigan on the national stage, Nationals Union 10G Academy showcased exceptional teamwork, attacking quality, and resilience throughout the tournament, making the club, its supporters, and the state of Michigan proud.
