NATIONALS UNION 10G ACADEMY
Nationals Union 10G Academy continued its incredible run at the 2026 USYS National Championships by earning a place in the national championship match after an impressive semifinal victory.
Following a dramatic quarterfinal win over Utah, where the Nationals prevailed 4-3 in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw, the Michigan side advanced to face the Southern California representative in the national semifinals.
With a berth in the national championship on the line, Nationals delivered another outstanding performance, defeating Southern California 2-0. The composed and complete team effort secured the victory and punched the team’s ticket to the National Final.
The semifinal win marks another milestone in an extraordinary tournament for Nationals Union 10G Academy, which qualified for Nationals by winning the Fall 2025 Michigan State Cup. Throughout the competition, the team has demonstrated exceptional talent, resilience, and determination against some of the nation’s top competition.
