ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL DRUGS

  • Players and team officials in the MSYSA State Cup competition are prohibited from consuming alcohol or using illegal drugs at the playing site of the MSYSA State Cup Competition.
  • Players and team officials are also prohibited from using any form of tobacco or marijuana at the playing site of the MSYSA State Cup competition.
  • The penalty for violation by players and/or team officials may be disqualification from the MSYSA State Cup competition.
  • All MSYSA teams, at every level of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series and the US Youth Soccer President’s Cup, must adhere to the MSYSA State Cup Alcohol and Illegal Drug Rules. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary actions as determined by the MSYSA State Cup Chairman and/or MSYSA State Cup Chairman Designee.
