Alcohol & Illegal Drugs

Players and team officials in the MSYSA JR State Cup competition are prohibited from consuming alcohol or using illegal drugs at the playing site of the MSYSA JR State Cup competition.
Players and team officials are also prohibited from using any form of tobacco or marijuana at the playing site of the MSYSA JR State Cup competition.
The penalty for violation by player and/or team official may be disqualification from the MSYSA JR State Cup competition.
