Appeals

All decisions by the MSYSA State Office are final.
Such decisions may be appealed to the MSYSA JR State Cup Chair or the JR State Cup Chair Designee. Any appeals must be emailed to statecup@michiganyouthsoccer.org within 48 hours of the initial decision from the MSYSA State Office.
Notification of appeal must be accompanied by a $500 bond. Since the appeal is being submitted via email, the appeal must include a statement acknowledging that the required fee will be submitted to the MSYSA JR State Cup Chairperson or the JR State Cup Chairperson Designee within one (1) business day. Online payment with a credit card may be permitted upon request.
If the appeal is upheld, the bond will be returned. If the appeal is denied, the bond will be forfeited.
