Appeals

All decisions by the MSYSA State Office are final.
Such decisions may be appealed to the MSYSA State Cup Chair or the State Cup Chair Designee. Any appeals must be emailed to statecup@michiganyouthsoccer.org within 48 hours of the initial decision from the MSYSA State Office.
Notification of appeal must be accompanied by a $500 bond. Since the appeal is being submitted via email, the appeal must include a statement acknowledging that the required fee will be submitted to the MSYSA State Cup Chairperson or the State Cup Chairperson Designee within one (1) business day. Online payment with a credit card may be permitted upon request.
If the appeal is upheld, the bond will be returned. If the appeal is denied, the bond will be forfeited.
Decisions made by the MSYSA State Cup Chair or State Cup Chair Designee may be appealed to the US Youth Soccer National Championships Series Committee or the US Youth Soccer President’s Cup Committee (as appropriate) by submitting all relevant information and fees to US Youth Soccer.
