Club Pass Carding Within the MSYSA State Cup

Club pass carding is permitted within the MSYSA State Cup provided all subsequent rules are met.
A player may only play for one team in the MSYSA State Cup (regardless of division) within each seasonal year.
A player may only club pass card for a team in the MSYSA State Cup if that team belongs to the same club as the player’s primary team (See “Club” definition below).
A club pass card player must appear on a team’s frozen State Cup roster.
A team must be able to demonstrate continuity between their official state association roster and State Cup roster by having a minimum of eleven (11) players common to both rosters.
