Coaching from the Sidelines

A coach may coach their own team from the touchline provided that mechanical devices are not used, tone of voice is informative and not a harangue, and they stay in their technical area (when one exists), in the area near their own team bench, or in the area as directed by the referee.
“Mechanical Devices) (above) includes but is not limited to cell phones as well as other devices as determined by the JR State Cup Chair or JR State Cup Chair Designee.
Failure to abide by the aforementioned criteria in coaching from the touchline may result in sanctions such as game suspensions, game forfeitures, and fees.
