League Assistant – MSYSA
Description: The League Assistant position with MSYSA is a part-time, hourly, in-office role in Plymouth, Michigan that supports the daily administrative operations of MSYSA leagues and programs. The role involves assisting with league coordination, including player and team registration, scheduling, database management through GotSport, and communication with clubs regarding applications, policies, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include reviewing game reports for accuracy, helping with tournaments and events, updating the website and social media information related to MSYSA leagues, and providing support to staff and committees as needed. The League Assistant reports directly to the Executive Director and plays an important role in helping programs such as NewComp, Director’s Academy, and MSPSP run smoothly and efficiently.
