Guest Player for Tournament
** The deadline to submit payment/documents for a guest player loan card is NOON on Thursday
Players who are currently registered on an MSYSA-affiliated team and already have a valid Passcard with that team will only need to complete the Guest Player Loan Form. No payment or additional materials are required as they will not need a Guest Player Passcard – the player will use their Passcard from their original team.

Processed by The Tournament Center, use the Guest Player Loan Form when a player residing in Michigan will be playing in a tournament as a guest player for a team they are not normally registered to. For help navigating the Tournament Center website- Click Here.
MSYSA Guest Player Loan Form (for players participating in tournaments on/after August 1, 2026). To download/print a copy of your approved form, go to your personal GotSport account page > Forms > Past Forms and click on the three dots on the far right to ‘View PDF’ of the completed/approved form. There you can Download or Print.
A Guest Player Passcard is necessary if the player does not have a valid MSYSA-affiliated player passcard because they are not registered with an MSYSA-affiliated club or because they do not have access to their existing club passcard. To obtain a Guest Player Passcard the following should be sent to esatterley@michiganyouthsoccer.org.

Please Note: Players 18 years and older are required to complete Adult Athlete Risk Management (AARM) which includes a background screen and SafeSport certification.
