PROTEST OF MSYSA JR STATE CUP TEAM APPLICATION REJECTION

  • The protest must be emailed to statecup@michiganyouthsoccer.org within one (1) business day of notification of application rejection.
  • Notification of protest will include the following:
    • The fee is $250. Since the protest is being submitted via email, the protest must include a statement acknowledging that the required fee will be submitted to the MSYSA JR State Cup Chairperson or the JR State Cup Chairperson Designee within one (1) business day. Online payment with a credit card may be permitted upon request.
    • A written statement describing the specific grounds for the protest.
    • All information necessary to make a fair and just decision on the protest.
    • A clear and concise statement of the relief or action sought by the protesting party.
    • Copies of all documents relevant to the protest.
