  • If the US Youth Soccer MSYSA State Cup Chairperson or the State Cup Chairperson Designee determines that a particular action by a team or any of its members or spectators is deemed unacceptable for any reason, the team may be disqualified, sanctioned, and/or face forfeiture of one or more games.
  • Any/all MSYSA teams that participate in the Midwest Regional Championships, Midwest President’s Cup, National Championships, or National President’s Cup must continue to comply with MSYSA Bylaws and Rules and MSYSA State Cup Rules for continued participation.
