ROYAL OAK FC 2013B GREEN VS CHAOS 13′ RED
Royal Oak FC 2013B Green delivered an impressive performance in the 2026 MSYSA State Cup U13 Boys Premier Final, defeating Chaos 13′ Red by a 4-0 scoreline to claim the championship.
Royal Oak opened the scoring in the 10th minute after capitalizing on a failed clearance by the Chaos defense. The ball was played back into the penalty area, where a Royal Oak attacker found space and powered a header into the back of the net to give his side a 1-0 advantage.
Just ten minutes later, Royal Oak doubled its lead. Following a free kick, the Chaos goalkeeper came up with an excellent save to deny the initial opportunity. However, the rebound remained in a dangerous area, and after another driven effort was stopped, a Royal Oak player was first to reach and tapped home the loose ball to make it 2-0.
Royal Oak carried the two-goal advantage into halftime and wasted little time extending the lead after the break. Four minutes into the second half, a perfectly struck corner kick curled directly into the goal, giving Royal Oak a commanding 3-0 lead.
Despite the deficit, Chaos continued to battle throughout the second half, but Royal Oak remained in control on both sides of the ball. In the final moments of the match, Royal Oak added one more goal, finishing off a sustained attacking sequence to seal the 4-0 victory.
The win crowned Royal Oak FC 2013B Green as the 2026 MSYSA State Cup U13 Boys Premier Champion, capping off an outstanding tournament run. As State Cup finalists, Chaos 13′ Red will represent Michigan at the Great Lakes Presidents Cup, where they will compete against top teams from across the region.
