U14 Girls Premier Fall State Cup 2025 Final

MIDWEST UNITED FC 12G NMFC VS NATIONALS ANCHOR BAY 12 BLACK

The U14 Girls Premier Final between Midwest United FC 12G NMFC and Nationals Anchor Bay 12 Black was a thrilling, hard-fought match that went all the way to double overtime – with Nationals ultimately emerging victorious, 3-1.

Midwest struck first in the 30th minute after a big punt from their keeper bounced over the Nationals’ midfield. A Midwest player made an incredible solo run, dribbling through the defensive line before firing a stunning left-footed shot into the upper right corner to make it 1-0. They would hold onto that lead going into halftime.

Nationals answered just five minutes into the second half, capitalizing on a defensive mistake to level the score 1-1. From there, both teams continued to battle fiercely, sending the match into overtime.

Just one minute into the first overtime, the Nationals took the lead after a long ball found a forward who cut inside and launched a powerful shot over the keeper to make it 2-1. The decisive goal came late in the second overtime, in the 86th minute, when a long goal kick and a missed header by NMFC left a Nationals forward one-on-one – who cooly finished to secure the 3-1 victory.

With this win, Nationals Anchor Bay 12 Black will be heading to Indiana next June for Presidents Cup Regionals!
