The 2025 Fall State Cup officially kicks off on August 8th, bringing together 188 teams from 47 clubs across Michigan to compete in one of the most anticipated youth soccer tournaments of the year. Featuring group play through September 21st, this season’s competition highlights the U14-U19 girls’ divisions, with matches held at various venues statewide.
The tournament will culminate in an exciting knockout stage, with quarterfinal and semifinal matches hosted at the Saginaw Soccer Complex, and championship finals set for the Legacy Center in Brighton, MI. As always, the State Cup promises high-level play, passionate support, and unforgettable moments for players, coaches, and families alike.
This fall’s edition introduces two significant updates to enhance the pathway for elite teams. Elite Division champions will now advance directly to the USYS National Championships, skipping the traditional Regional stage – providing an accelerated route to national recognition. In addition, teams competing in non-USYS/MSYSA-affiliated leagues can now become eligible for the tournament by registering directly with MSYSA, expanding access to top-tier competition.

Best of luck to all participating teams – we look forward to an exciting season of competition, sportsmanship, and crowning our next State Cup champions!
