Orlando, Florida – July 22-22, 2025

Eleven elite teams from across Michigan showcased their talent, dedication, and resilience at the 2025 US Youth Soccer (USYS) National Championships in Orlando, Florida. Representing a variety of clubs from across the state, those top-tier teams earned their spots through multiple pathways, including National League success, State Cup and Regional Championship victories, and at-large invitations.

Plymouth Reign 08G NLC advanced to nationals after an impressive run, claiming both the State Cup and Regional titles. MFA Revolution GR 12B Elite joined the field following a late tournament dropout, while the remaining Michigan teams punched their tickets by finishing at the top of their National League divisions. Clubs represented included MFA Revolution, TKO Premier SC, MI Stars Academy, Michigan Tigers FC, Nationals Union, Plymouth Reign, MI Rangers FC, and Midwest United, with age groups ranging from U13 to U19.

The Michigan contingent delivered an outstanding performance, with eight teams advancing to the semifinal round – demonstrating the strength and depth of soccer talent in the state. Three teams reached the national finals, and two emerged victorious: MI Stars 10B Academy and Michigan Tigers FC Elite 64 08G were crowned National Champions in their respective age groups.

Adding to the lust for accolades, Zach, the goalkeeper for MI Stars, was awarded the Golden Glove, recognizing him as the tournament’s top goalkeeper for his exceptional performance and critical saves throughout the competition.

Congratulations to all our Michigan teams for their remarkable achievements, teamwork, and sportsmanship on the national stage. Your success is a reflection of the hard work put in by players, coaches, and clubs across the state. You’ve made Michigan proud!
